Policies & Terms

Clear, fair, and written in plain language. These policies are designed to protect both of us and ensure a smooth working relationship.

01

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery, before source files are released.

For larger projects, a three-payment structure is available: 40% deposit, 30% at the project midpoint, and 30% upon final delivery.

Accepted payment methods include Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, and Stripe invoice.

A late fee applies to payments received more than 7 days past the due date. Work will be paused on accounts more than 14 days past due.

02

Revision Policy

Each project includes one round of revisions at no additional cost. A revision consists of specific, targeted changes — such as adjusting colors, swapping images, or refining layouts — rather than a complete redesign.

Additional revision rounds are available at a small fee per round, depending on the scope and complexity of the project.

All revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial delivery date.

03

Satisfaction Guarantee

If the final deliverable does not match the agreed-upon project scope, I will revise it at no additional cost until it meets the documented requirements.

A full refund of the deposit is available if I am unable to begin work within 5 business days of receiving payment.

No refunds will be issued after work has been delivered, unless the deliverables materially fail to meet the scope documented before the project began.

04

Scope & Change Orders

The project scope is defined in writing before any work begins. This document serves as the reference point for what is included in the agreed price.

Any changes, additions, or modifications beyond the original scope will be quoted separately and require written approval before I proceed. This protects both of us from misunderstandings.

05

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns all final deliverables — including source files, design assets, code, and any other materials produced for the project.

I retain the right to display completed work in my portfolio and marketing materials, unless we agree otherwise in writing before the project begins.

06

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel before work has begun, your deposit will be refunded in full.

If you cancel after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable. However, all work completed up to the point of cancellation will be delivered to you.

07

Communication

Primary communication is conducted via email. I aim to respond to all messages within 24 business hours.

Meetings and phone calls are available by appointment and can be scheduled through the contact form or by email.
