The specific tools vary by project, but the result is always the same: professional-quality work delivered faster than traditional methods.
It's simple and transparent. First, you tell me what you need — either through the estimation calculator, contact form, or a quick call. I'll scope the project and provide a clear quote. Once approved, I get to work — handling the strategy, design, and execution personally. You'll receive your deliverables within the agreed timeline, review them, and request any revisions. Once you're happy, the project is complete and all files are yours.
Every project includes one round of revisions at no additional cost. A revision means specific, targeted changes — adjusting colors, swapping images, tweaking copy, or refining layouts. It does not include complete redesigns or significant scope changes. Additional revision rounds are available at a small fee depending on project complexity. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Absolutely. Upon full payment, you own all final deliverables — source files, design assets, code, and everything in between. I retain the right to display completed work in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing. You'll receive organized, clearly labeled files ready for use or future editing.
Of course. If you have existing brand guidelines, logos, color palettes, or fonts, I'll work within those parameters to ensure consistency. Just share your brand assets at the start of the project, and I'll incorporate them seamlessly. If your existing branding needs a refresh, I can suggest improvements while respecting your established identity.
Your satisfaction matters deeply to me. If the final deliverable doesn't match the agreed-upon scope, I'll revise it at no additional cost until it does. I also offer a full refund of your deposit if I'm unable to begin work within 5 business days of payment. My goal is to build a long-term relationship, not just complete a transaction — so I'll always work with you to get it right.
I accept payments via Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, or Stripe invoice — whichever is most convenient for you. For most projects, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon final delivery. For larger projects, I offer a three-payment structure: 40% deposit, 30% at midpoint, and 30% at delivery.
Yes! For clients who need regular content, website updates, or ongoing design support, I offer monthly retainer packages. These are customized based on your needs and typically offer better per-project pricing than one-off work. Reach out to discuss a retainer that fits your business.
Turnaround varies by project type: websites take 3–7 business days, brand kits 3–5 days, documents 2–5 days, and social media content 3–7 days. Custom projects are scoped individually. Need it faster? Rush delivery is available for an additional 30% surcharge. I'll always give you a clear timeline before work begins.
